We are committed to making your visit one that is not only informational, but useful. We know that maneuvering within the child support system can sometimes be confusing. Information about DCSS can be found throughout these web pages and at the Family Court\u2019s <a href=\"\/dcss\/faq.html\"><u>Frequently Asked Questions<\/u><\/a>\u00a0page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>DCSS employees are devoted to providing quality customer service and treating all who visit one of our\u00a0<u><a href=\"\/dcss\/ofclocations.html\">three offices<\/a><\/u>, or call our\u00a0<a href=\"\/dcss\/qatcs.html\"><u>Customer Service Unit<\/u><\/a>\u00a0with professionalism, dignity and respect. Customer Service is paramount to DCSS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The employees at DCSS are extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist you. Our goal is to ensure that each and every person who needs assistance with the child support system receives clear, concise, and accurate information by our dedicated employees. Again, we are here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>DCSS is eager to keep our clients and non-custodial parents well informed. The division regularly posts updates, important information and even videos from our Director on our social media pages such as Facebook and Instagram. By following these pages, you can be sure to stay up to date with what\u2019s going on within DCSS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>To give our customers more control over their child support cases, DCSS has introduced several online tools. A new\u00a0<a href=\"\/dcss\/pubs.html\"><u>Customer Website<\/u><\/a>\u00a0allows custodial parents to not only apply for our\u00a0<u><a href=\"\/dcss\/sections.html\">services<\/a><\/u><u>,<\/u> but they may also submit case specific questions to their caseworker among other exciting options. For custodial and non-custodial parents who have an open child support case with DCSS, you can utilize the many benefits of on-line access to your case by creating a user name and password in the\u00a0<a href=\"\/dcss\/pubs.html\"><u>Customer Website<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>DCSS has also installed iPayOnline as another online payment option. iPayOnline is a convenient, secure and easy way for individuals and employers to manage child support payments to DCSS. Upon successful registration, users can submit electronic child support payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>DCSS is committed to helping non-custodial parents. The Delaware Fatherhood Program (DFP) is a program within DCSS to\u00a0assist parents in obtaining educational assistance and job ready skills to find long term, sustainable employment opportunities. If you are, or know of a parent who is committed to learning skills to enrich their employment history, please contact DCSS who can help with a referral to the DFP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>We know that raising and caring for children begins at birth. One of the most important and immediate things that both parents should do for their newborn is to make sure paternity is established. The DCSS\u00a0<a href=\"\/dcss\/volack.html\"><u>Voluntary Acknowledgment of Paternity<\/u><\/a>\u00a0program can assist with the establishment of paternity for children <u>born in Delaware<\/u>. The benefits of establishing paternity for the child are vast and last a lifetime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The employees of DCSS \u00a0look forward to serving you.
