With your cooperation, more children in Delaware and other states receive the financial support they need to lead healthy and happy lives. As a Delaware employer, please read the <a href=\"brochures.html\"><strong>Employer Letter<\/strong><\/a> for the latest changes in legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/de-newhire.com\/\"><strong>NEW HIRE REPORTING<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; State and federal laws require employers to report all new employees to the New Hire Directory within 20 days from the date they are hired. Please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/de-newhire.com\/\"><strong>NEW Delaware State Directory of New Hire Reporting WEBSITE<\/strong><\/a> for instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ATTENTION EMPLOYERS: Effective 10\/01\/13<\/strong> all <a href=\"wageatt.html\">Income Withholding Orders (IWO)<\/a> and <a href=\"nationmednote.html\">National Medical Support Notices (NMSN)<\/a> issued from the new DE Child Support System (DCSS) will still be in the same federal format; however, <strong>DCSS will issue one IWO and one NMSN per case<\/strong>. This is a <strong>CHANGE<\/strong> in our business process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n\n\n\n <li>You may receive one, or more, Income Withholding Orders (IWOs) to <a href=\"wageatt.html\">withhold wages<\/a> and forward child support payments from an employee&#8217;s earnings, and;<\/li>\n\n\n\n <li>You may be ordered to provide <a href=\"medsupp.html\">medical support<\/a> by enrolling an employee&#8217;s child(ren) in a health benefit plan and to withhold the appropriate premium amount from the employee&#8217;s wages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Previously IWOs and NMSNs were issued per employee, even if that employee is responsible for multiple child support obligations. Employers who deposit their employees&#8217; pay directly into their employees&#8217; financial institution accounts are already participating in ACH. To get started, users need to register <a href=\"https:\/\/deipay.dhss.delaware.gov\/iPayOnline\/\">online<\/a>. Note: Employers must have a Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN).
