The Delaware Health Care Commission is responsible for collecting information and analyzing performance against the benchmark.\r\n\r\n<strong><u>Learn more about the Benchmark:<\/u><\/strong>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nDelaware continues to make progress in the adoption of value-based payment reform strategies and has made investments in transitioning to value-based payment models.\r\n\r\nDelaware is supporting changes in policy and legislation to help reduce the cost of healthcare in the state.
