If the\n\n\n  event is a no-cost event, the $2.50 registration fee is the only charge applied.\u00a0 There are no refunds for the $2.50 registration\n\n\n  fees. \u00a0Registrations are not finalized until payment of the registration fee has been processed.\u00a0 You will not be charged\n\n\n  anything until you use the shopping cart.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  Registrants are responsible for notifying their supervisor of scheduled trainings.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  <strong>Attendance:<\/strong>\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  Participants confirmed for a workshop are expected to attend the entire workshop.\u00a0 Participants are expected to arrive on time and\n\n\n  remain throughout the entire workshop\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  If a participant\u2019s name is not on the class roster, they are not registered for the workshop, and are not able to attend the\n\n\n  workshop.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  \u200b<strong style=\"font-size: small;\">Admission Confirmation:<\/strong>\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  Notification is made by e-mail, regarding admission or wait list status.\u00a0 It is the responsibility of the participant to carefully\n\n\n  read any e-mail received.\u00a0 If you do not receive confirmation notification consult your online record on DLC.\u00a0 A wait list is\n\n\n  maintained electronically.\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Substitutions are not accepted.<\/span>\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  Please check email to confirm your status for a requested workshop.\u00a0 Email must state that you are \u201cconfirmed\u201d to\n\n\n  attend.\u00a0 Walk ins are not able to be accommodated.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  <strong>Wait List<\/strong>\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  When an educational event has reached capacity, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waitlist.\u00a0 Registrants placed on the\n\n\n  waitlist will not have the registration processed and no registration fee will be requested at that time.\u00a0 When an opening for the\n\n\n  event becomes available on a first come, first served basis, the registrant will receive an e-mail informing them that an opening has\n\n\n  become available, with a time frame for the registrant to go to the DLC and pay the fee.\u00a0 Again, the e-mail simply informs the\n\n\n  registrant of the opening, but requires the registrant to pay the registration fee to be registered for the event within the stated,\n\n\n  specified time.\u00a0 Failure to pay the fee within the specified time frame results in the system automatically denying registration.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  <strong>Withdrawal Procedures<\/strong>\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  To withdrawal, log on to your DLC account, then go to the \u201cLearning\u201d tab, and click on \u201cView Your Transcript\u201d and\n\n\n  find the session, then click on the \u201cView Details\u201d (next to the title of the session) and select the \u201cWithdraw\n\n\n  link\u201d for the session.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  If there is a charge to attend a training event, refunds may be issued to those who withdraw in advance of stated deadlines with the\n\n\n  <strong><em>exception<\/em><\/strong> of processing and registration fees.\u00a0 However, the amount refunded may be reduced or denied if\n\n\n  the request for withdraw is received after an event\u2019s stated deadline to do so. \u00a0All withdraw requests must be submitted in\n\n\n  accordance with the training event&#8217;s cancellation policy.\u00a0 Funds will be issued by the same payment method used for the initial\n\n\n  registration.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  All registrants who fail to cancel and do not attend their registered training may be reported to their program directors.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  <strong>Cancelation Procedures<\/strong>\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\n\n\n  In the event of a state-ordered closing of government agencies or an unexpected circumstance, all trainings scheduled for that day will\n\n\n  be cancelled.\u00a0 The DSAMH Training Office will make every effort to contact registrants and will attempt to re-schedule, although\n\n\n  this cannot be guaranteed.\n\n\n<\/p>  <!--[END]-->\n\n  \n\n      <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n  <\/div><!-- \/container -->\n\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Listen Policies and Procedures Substance Abuse and Mental Health Menu Home About About DSAMH Sections &#038;
