Please refer to the \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/otsa\/pdf\/ocumentsfaq.pdf\" target=\"FAQ\">FAQs\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/a> if you have any questions\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3><b>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nEligible Applicants\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/b><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/center>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nApplicants must be a health care organization or provider serving clients or patients in Delaware and have been in operation as of February 1, 2020. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nEligible applicants must have an active license from the Division of Health Care Quality (DHCQ) or the Division of Professional Regulation (DPR), or be an authorized provider of the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS) or Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH). \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<center>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3><b>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nProgram Summary\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/b><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/center>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) is charged with distributing funds to healthcare organizations serving clients and patients in Delaware. They are authorized by the State of Delaware to distribute CARES Act Relief funds to health care entities for expenses incurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAll expenses must comply with U.S. Treasury Department CARES Act <a href=\"https:\/\/home.treasury.gov\/system\/files\/136\/CRF-Guidance-Federal-Register_2021-00827.pdf\" target=\"new\">guidance and FAQ<\/a>. Applicants must attest to terms and conditions required by the State in addition to completing the below application. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and awarded based on the applicant&#8217;s annual Calendar Year (CY) 19 operating budget.  \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nApplications are due no later than July 16, 2021 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<center>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3><b>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nFunding\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/b><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/center>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nFunding is available through a one-time federal funding award. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<center>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3><b>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nTimeline\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/b><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/center>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nApplications will be approved on a rolling basis with a deadline of July 16th. If approved for funding, organizations may begin receiving notification of awards as early as July 16th, 2021.
