CUSTOMER SERVICE:

The Automated Assistance Line (AAL) is available toll-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you need to speak with a Child Support Specialist, the DCSS Customer Service Unit is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The 2-1-1 telephone number is available 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Callers can find information about Health and Human Service programs such as affordable housing, after-school programs, care for senior citizens, child care, financial assistance, food banks, health resources, job training programs, legal assistance, mental health resources, rent assistance, and much more.

Regularly scheduled child support payments must be made by check or money order only. Effective February 17, 2009 child support payments will not be accepted in the Dover and Georgetown offices. All child support payments must be mailed to the appropriate PO Box listed below.
