The Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities has received approval from the Administration for Community Living/Administration on Aging for a one-year extension of the Delaware State Plan on Aging. The original term of the plan was October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2015. With the extension, the plan will remain in effect until September 30, 2016.
