In partnership with the United Way of Delaware’s ‘First Call for Help’ and the State of Delaware’s Office of Management and Budget, the Delaware Helpline provides toll-free information and referral for persons seeking information about state and community services within the state of Delaware.  Division staff provide additional information to callers regarding available services and/or emergency assistance.
