Purpose:	The Laurel State Service Center currently offers client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: State Service Centers and Social Services Buildings Community Resource Assistance Services (CRASP) Diabetes Fund Emergency Assistance Service (EAS) Emergency Shelter – is provided for eligible EAS clients, referrals made to HPC (Homeless Planning Council) Needy Family Fund Food Closet Kinship Care Program Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Teen Voucher Utility Assistance Division of Social Services (DSS) Child Care Food Benefits General Assistance Medicaid Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families (DSCYF) Youth Rehabilitation
