Purpose:	The Milford Annex currently offers client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions: State Service Centers and Social Services Buildings Community Resource Assistance Services (CRASP) Family Visitation Center Diabetes Fund Emergency Assistance Service (EAS)clients, referrals made to HPC (Homeless Planning Council) Emergency Shelter – is provided for eligible EAS clients Needy Family Fund Food Closet Kinship Care Program Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Referrals Teen Voucher Utility Assistance Division of Social Services (DSS) Child Care Food Benefits General Assistance Medicaid Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Community Partner Support Unit (CPSU) Delaware Department of Administrative Services division: Division of Support Operations Fleet Services Fleet Services supports the automotive missions of Delaware State agencies 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
