Purpose: The Annex houses a number of administrative offices for the following divisions:
Directions: There are two ways to enter the Annex. Please follow the written directions or the red or yellow dots on the map below to the Annex.

  1. Via the Annex main entrance
    1. Right from Route 13 South(North duPont Highway) into Delaware Health and Social Services'(DHSS) Herman M. Holloway Campus
    2. Right onto DHSS traffic circle
    3. Right onto Southwest Street (3rd turn or “C” on the map)
    4. Left at first intersection(point “P” on the map)
    5. The Annex is the first building on the left.
    6. The main entrance is indicated by the red “X” on the map.


  2. Via the Main Building entrance (Handicap accessible)
    1. Right from Route 13 South(North duPont Highway) into Delaware Health and Social Services'(DHSS) Herman M. Holloway Campus
    2. Right onto DHSS traffic circle
    3. Right onto South Loop (4th turn or “D” on the map)
    4. The Main Building is the second building on the right. The Annex adjoins the Main Building.
    5. The main entrance is indicated by the yellow “X” on the map.
