Prescription Assistance
The Delaware Prescription Assistance Program (DPAP) covers medically necessary prescription drugs.

Qualified Medicare Beneficiary Program
If an individual has a low income and few resources, DSS may pay his Medicare premiums and, in some cases, other “out-of-pocket” expenses such as deductibles and coinsurance.
