EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
The Federal Register posted the final Emergency Preparedness Requirements for Medicare and Medicaid Participating Providers and Suppliers rule on September 8, 2016. All health care providers and suppliers, certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, must comply with the emergency preparedness requirements by November 16, 2017.
