What is WIC?
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infant and Children, popularly known as WIC, is a federal nutrition program that helps pregnant women, new mothers, and young children eat well, learn about nutrition (WIC Smart), and stay healthy. learn more

- Nutritious foods to supplement diets,
- Information on healthy eating,
- Breastfeeding support, and
- Referrals to other healthcare, welfare and social services
