Quality Control Unit (QC)

Quality Control Unit (QC) – Reviews a statistical sample of various public assistance program cases to determine the accuracy of benefits received based on policy and procedure of each program reviewed. Quality Control sends information to the Division of Social Services and the Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance to use for corrective action to improve customer service to Delaware residents.
