DPH offers immunizations, screenings, and health education to reduce the risk of disease and promote lifelong health. Our programs address everything from heart disease and diabetes to tobacco use and maternal health. - Emergency Preparedness and Response
We lead the state’s response to public health threats, including natural disasters, pandemics, and environmental hazards. Our goal is to keep communities safe and informed during times of crisis. - Environmental Health and Safety
DPH monitors water quality, food safety, and environmental risks. We inspect public facilities, regulate drinking water systems, and respond to concerns about toxins, lead, and pests. - Family and Community Health Services
