If you or someone you care for is homebound and has trouble preparing meals, the Home Delivered Meals Program—also known as Meals on Wheels—can help. We bring hot, nutritionally balanced meals right to your door so you can stay healthy, safe, and independent at home.
Whether you need long-term support or just help while recovering from surgery or illness, we’re here to make sure you don’t have to worry about your next meal.
What the Program Offers
- Hot meals delivered daily to your home
- Cold bagged meals for the evening, when needed
- An outreach worker will meet with you to understand your nutrition needs and arrange services
- Friendly visits from delivery volunteers who check in on your well-being
Who’s Eligible?
You may qualify if you are:
- A homebound adult age 60 or older, or
- A homebound adult with a disability, age 18 or older
Meals are provided based on need, not income. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, we encourage you to call—we’re happy to help.
