Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)
If you’re 55 or older and want to rejoin the workforce, SCSEP offers paid, part-time job training and work experience to help you transition into long-term employment.
Program Benefits

Who Can Apply
You may be eligible if you:
- Are 55 or older
- Live in Delaware
- Have income at or below 125% of the federal poverty level
Priority is given to those who are veterans, age 65+, have a disability, speak limited English, or face other barriers to employment.
