The Public Pool Supervision Program was developed under the authority of 16 Delaware Code Section 122. It provides for the adoption of regulations to assure that all public pools, spas and hot tubs meet certain construction, operational, water quality and safety standards.
The mission of the program is to assure that all public pools are built according to best engineering practices and are safe for patrons/bathers.
