The Office of Animal Welfare oversees enforcement of the Delaware Shelter Standards Law (Delaware Code, Title 16, Chapter 30F) and conducts routine and complaint-initiated inspections of animal shelters in Delaware. The Office issues an inspection report after each inspection, and each complaint investigation in which violations were found.
