
Women can make healthy changes for themselves and their families, but sometimes they can’t do it alone. The Office of Women’s Health (OWH) wants to help. We are committed to encouraging women to learn more about things that affect their health and to engage in healthier lifestyles. With that in mind we have created a broad topic newsletter filled with health related links and information for women and girls. It features articles on health disparities affecting women, nutrition, adolescent health, menopause and more. Each newsletter features a message from a prominent Delawarean who works toward the betterment of women’s health.
