Any Delaware business, industry, community organization, law enforcement or correctional agency may participate in the Delaware Early Defibrillation Program. Fill out the registration form and potential use form and mail / fax them to: AED Coordinator, Office of Emergency Medical Services, Public Health Preparedness Section, 100 Sunnyside Road, Smyrna, DE 19977.
