Service	Description
Food Benefits
SNAP/Food Stamps/EBT Cards	The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) helps families supplement their grocery budget to afford nutritious food essential for health and well-being.
Health Related Services
Medicaid	Medical assistance to eligible low-income individuals and families, as well as to seniors and those who are blind and/or disabled whose income is insufficient to meet the cost of necessary medical services.
Delaware Healthy Children Program	High-quality, low-cost health insurance coverage for uninsured children of Delaware families with incomes at or below the 200% federal poverty level.
Emergency Services
General Assistance	Cash assistance to low-income individuals who do not qualify for federally funded programs, such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or Social Security benefits.
Family Services
Purchase of Care / Child Care	Support for families to enable the caretaker to hold a job, obtain training or meet special needs of the parent or child.
