    Delaware Fatherhood Program is a program designed to assist parents in finding jobs, gain employment skills, achieve economic stability and sustain employment. Participation can help to establish or rebuild healthy relationships and make a positive impact on the lives of children.

    Benefits for Participating:

    All services are FREE and include:

    • Job Search and Placement
    • Possible Reinstatement of Driver’s License
      (case by case basis)
    • Education and/or Trade Certificates
    • Possible Enforcement Actions Delay
    • Continuous Coaching and Mentoring
