Delaware’s Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance works with the state’s Division of Public Health Screening for Life program to make sure that eligible Delaware residents have access to free or low-cost breast and cervical cancer screenings.
- Breast Cancer screening — clinical breast exams and mammograms
- Cervical cancer screening – Pap and Human Papillomavirus (HPV) tests
Patient navigators are available to help with scheduling appointments, arranging transportation and interpreters, and coordinating follow-up diagnostic and treatment services, if needed.
To be eligible, women must be uninsured or underinsured and meet age and income eligibility guidelines.
